The challenge

Adobe launched a new reseller program within central Europe (in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Lichtenstein), to replace the old program and play a crucial role in the market. Our task was to create awareness of the program, to win new and existing partners for the program, and to motivate them to certify at a higher partner level.

The idea

We developed the complete launch communication for the program, including the development of the value proposition, a key visual, a definition of the campaign strategy, and execution of all the deliverables. The campaign contained online and offline components for awareness generation, direct mailings and eDMs for partner recruitment, sales kits, a motivational video, and give-aways. On the campaign microsite, partners could find information and register for the program.

The result

  • Campaign was a huge success
  • 100 % of target reached after 25 % run-time
  • 180 % of target reached after 3 months
